About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, disciplined sales caller to follow up with inbound prospective buyers and close retail perfume orders across Nepal.

When an inbound lead arrives from Meta Ads, TikTok, or Messenger, speed to lead is critical. You will immediately call interested prospects on the phone, answer fragrance notes and longevity questions, reassure them regarding Cash on Delivery (COD) inside and outside Kathmandu Valley, and lock in their shipping details.

Key Responsibilities

Rapid Lead Response: Contact incoming leads within minutes via direct phone calls and message follow-ups throughout the day.
Fragrance Consultation & Closing: Recommend perfume variants, explain scent notes, handle pricing or courier objections, and confirm buyer interest.
Order Verification & Address Capture: Collect complete customer addresses, local landmarks, and active alternative phone numbers to minimize delivery courier returns.
Message Re-engagement: Follow up with warm leads who inquired in Messenger or WhatsApp but did not confirm on the first touchpoint.

Working Hours & Availability

Active Daily Window: This is a fully remote position, but it requires high responsiveness. You must be active and available throughout the day from morning until evening.

In online perfume sales, buyers lose intent if not contacted quickly. Whenever a new lead enters the pipeline, you must be ready to dial their phone immediately.

Compensation & Rewards

Base Pay:Guaranteed base monthly salary agreed upon during selection.

Commission:2% of total delivered order value. You earn direct percentage commission on every successfully delivered perfume parcel.

Location:100% Fully Remote (work from anywhere in Nepal with a clear phone line and stable internet).

Mandatory Requirement: 1-Day Trial Test Calls

Before finalizing the role, candidates must be willing to perform a full day of test calls from morning to evening.

This trial allows both sides to evaluate call etiquette, energy on the phone, conversion ability, and response speed under real lead volume.
